The RHS Speech and Debate Team hosted the first annual KTB(Kathleen Thayer Beach) Invitational Student Congress on December 9th. Student representatives from the majority of CMCSS high schools attended. Charlotte Lange was voted Superior Speaker in the Senate and Alyssa Bolster was Outstanding Speaker in Senate. Emily Caldarelli was the Presiding Officer in the Senate. Emily Mayes was elected Presiding Officer in the Novice House of Representatives.
