The RHS Hawk's Corner Bakery continues to serve the community...
for those of you who don't get out much and want to share in the
behind-the-scenes drama of cake decorating ;), here are some photos
of the process required to "build" a 4-foot square cake and still get
it out the door! Averitt Lumber ordered this gargantuan cake to
celebrate their 40th anniversary (congratulations!) and came to pick
up this work of art this morning:
