Code LE's & SPI's Fundamental Course Skills Sample Assignment
SPI 1.4 Apply equations and graphs of conic sections to model real-world phenomena. LE 1.1 Select and use appropriate algebraic functions to model real-world situations. Solve applied problems involving parabolas. 1 Day ~ 9.2 p. 672-673 #1-45 (5ths)
SPI 1.4 Apply equations and graphs of conic sections to model real-world phenomena. LE 1.1 Select and use appropriate algebraic functions to model real-world situations. Solve applied problems involving ellipses. 1 Day ~ 9.3 p. 684-685 #1-45 (5ths)
SPI 1.4 Apply equations and graphs of conic sections to model real-world phenomena. LE 1.1 Select and use appropriate algebraic functions to model real-world situations. Solve applied problems involving hyperbolas. 1 Day ~ 9.4 p. 699-700 #1-45 (5ths)
SPI 1.4 Apply equations and graphs of conic sections to model real-world phenomena. LE 1.1 Select and use appropriate algebraic functions to model real-world situations. Solve applied problems involving circles. 1 Day ~ Supplemental Worksheets
    Chapter Review 1 Day ~ p. 735-736 #1-20, 63-68
This is a subject that should have been covered in Algebra 2. I do however review each and then follow that up with a Test. After which I introduce Parametrics and then use TI's Jupiter Lab. This would take a total of 8 days with lab.
SPI 1.5 Use models when appropriate to draw conclusions or make predictions.                     LE 1.1 Select and use appropriate algebraic functions to model real-world situations. Parametric Equations 1 Day ~ 9.7 p. 730-731 #1-27 (3rds)
