The Speech Team traveled to the Cavalier Invitational Speech
Tournament on Saturday, competing in many events (Original Oratory,
Prose, Poetry, Impromptu, Extemporaneous Speaking, Duo
Interpretation, and After-Dinner Speaking). Diana Wooten broke for
the final round in Prose, and earned 6th place overall. Following are
highlights of the event:
