Monday night marked the inaugural stage appearance of the RHS
Concert Band under the direction of Mr. Tom Tapscott! The holiday
concert was a sampler which exhibited the band's strengths, from
traditional holiday carol selections to a stirring piece about a
"Black Hawk". Mid-state awards were recognized, and Laura Sikes was
honored for her selection to the All-State band. Congratulations to a
wonderful first-year concert band!
