RHS welcomed many local dignitaries to honor its 317 Excel Card
recipients in a special program. Attending were Mayor Don Trotter,
Commissioner Elizabeth Rankin, School Board member David Cook,
Secondary Supervisor Dr. Lance Bowie, and representatives from the
Clarksville Chamber of Commerce, who sponsor the event, Kaye Hester,
Steven Kenner of US Bank and Frank White of MediaWorks. Ms. Valerie
Hunter Kelley, with the Clarksville Board of Realtors, gave the
congratulatory address. Special thanks go to Martin Food Stores for
the stage floral designs and to CiCi's Pizza and Borders Bookstore
for donating doorprizes for the students. Following are photos of the
