At Rossview High School's 3rd Commencement, 237 seniors were
honored at APSU's Dunn Center at 4:00 P.M. The graduation ceremony
featured the National Anthem, sung by senior Megan Stumpf, the
opening by Senior Class Vice-President Fran Gentry, a greeting by
Senior Class President Shelby Coates, a short speech by Principal
Frank Myers, the Alma Mater sung by senior Danielle Caruthers, and a
song by RHS combined choirs "For Just a Little While". German
exchange students Hauke Gruen and Diana Hasanovic were recognized for
their valuable contributions to RHS this year. Valedictorian Tara
Daniel urged the seniors to thank those who had helped them along the
way, and Salutatorian Jennifer Ryan prompted students to sail toward
a positive purpose in life. Dr. Sandra Husk accepted the class of
2004, and faculty representative Michael Gibson read aloud the
graduates' names. Senior Class Secretary Holly Routledge closed the
