RHS Latin Students win State!

Rossview won the State JCL Championship for our division at the convention. The following is a list of the Rossview JCL's accomplishments over the weekend at State competition where students competed in academics, athletics, visual and in performing arts:

The following students placed 1^st in one or more events: Michael Bergen, Scott Cochran, Brian Curtis, Allen Daniel, Tara Daniel, Greyson Daugherty, Stephen DiOrio, Maria Florez and David Moran.

The following students placed in the top five or one or more events: Kyle Berry, Richard Brundage, Brian Daniel, Casey Donnellen, Elizabeth Henry, Adam Hicks, Parker Hughes, Rachel Jones, Shari Lee, Newby Marks, Deke Sawyer, Jonathan Thomason, Ryan Vinson.

At this year's convention Michael Bergen served as TJCL Parliamentarian.

For next year's convention, Jonathan Thomason was elected 2^nd Vice President.

Also, all three levels of our quiz bowl teams placed in the top three.
